Your Role & What We're Looking For
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive corporate wellness programs tailored to client needs and organizational culture
- Conduct engaging workshops on stress management, mental health awareness, resilience building, and work-life balance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR directors, C-suite executives, and wellness champions
- Develop program metrics, conduct assessments, and deliver detailed impact reports to stakeholders
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure evidence-based program delivery and employee support pathways
- Stay current with workplace wellness trends, research, and best practices in corporate mental health
- Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in corporate wellness, HR, employee engagement, or program management
- Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Excellent relationship building and client management capabilities
- Understanding of mental health principles and workplace wellness best practices
- Experience with program evaluation, data analysis, and performance metrics
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
